1. Who owns what
The quickest way to avoid confusion is to say plainly which party owns each thing named on this site.
2. Independence
Quendavio is published by Olivier Gagnon in Montréal. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, licensed, authorised, endorsed, certified or reviewed by Google LLC, by Google Play, or by any developer or publisher mentioned on it. No money has changed hands with any studio, no page has been approved by one before publication, there is no affiliate arrangement and no link on the site earns a commission.
3. Descriptive use of names
Every trade mark and title that appears here does so for a single reason: to say which piece of software is being described. That is ordinary descriptive use. It creates no licence, implies no sponsorship or endorsement, and asserts no commercial relationship of any kind.
4. The standing of what is written
These pages are guides and analysis built from publicly available information and from playing boards of this format. Any concrete detail — what an objective counts, how a special behaves, where a cascade reaches — is an editorial observation offered as a practical indication. It is not an official specification and no developer issued it. The application’s own listing and its in-game help carry the official version and take precedence over anything here.
Mobile games change constantly and without notice. The review date in each page’s footer is the limit of what is being claimed; past it, check for yourself.
5. Nothing is distributed, nothing is transacted
No application file is hosted, mirrored, repackaged or modified by this site, and no page links to one. Software published on Google Play is obtained from Google Play, under Google’s terms and the developer’s.
Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, platform fees, account recovery and lost progress are handled entirely by the store and the developer. This site has no access to those systems and cannot act inside them on anyone’s behalf.
6. The images, in detail
Three screenshots and one application icon appear on the front page. All were taken from that application’s Google Play listing on September 2, 2026 and are reproduced at reduced size for one purpose: to show the boards the text describes and to identify the software discussed. That is fair dealing for the purposes of review and news reporting under section 29 of the Canadian Copyright Act. Nothing here transfers or claims any right in them.
7. Raising a claim
If you hold rights in material you believe appears here without authorisation, write to [email protected] with the address of the page, an identification of the protected work and enough detail to confirm the claim. The material is removed while the claim is examined rather than afterwards. Written notice may also be sent to Olivier Gagnon, 2 Place Ville Marie, Montréal, QC H3B 2C9, Canada.
8. Responsibility for your own choices
Whether to install, buy or play any third-party application is your decision. This site accepts no liability for how an application behaves, for a charge applied by a store or a developer, or for any consequence of a choice made after reading a page here.
